Terms and Conditions of Illegal Drones Online Store

1. General provisions

1.1. The Illegal Drones online store is operated by Poldrone Autonomous Technologies Ltd., located in Bolechowo, 62-005, at PoznaƄska 56 street, registered in Poland with the tax identification number (NIP) 7773393519 and the National Business Registry Number (REGON) 522632753.

1.2. These terms and conditions define the rules for making purchases in the Illegal Drones online store, as well as the rights and obligations of Customers using the services offered by the store.

1.3. Using the services of the online store is equivalent to accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety.

1.4. All prices listed in the online store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys, euros, or dollars, depending on the choice made by the store user. Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and are added separately.

2. Orders

2.1. Orders can be placed in the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2.2. In order to place an order, the Customer must be registered in the online store or make a purchase as a guest.

2.3. When placing an order, the Customer undertakes to provide true, up-to-date contact information and other necessary information for the order to be fulfilled.

2.4. The online store reserves the right to refuse to accept an order if there are doubts about the truthfulness of the data provided by the Customer.

2.5. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation to the provided email address. The confirmation contains information regarding the order, including the price of the products, delivery costs, payment method, and order fulfillment deadline.

3. Payments

3.1. The online store offers the following forms of payment: credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery.

3.2. In the case of payment by credit card, the Customer will be redirected to a secure page to make the payment. Credit card data is processed by an authorized payment service provider, and the online store does not store any information regarding credit card numbers.

3.3. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within the deadline indicated in the order confirmation. The order will be fulfilled after the payment is credited to the online store's account.

3.4. The online store reserves the right to change the available forms of payment and introduce additional charges related to certain forms of payment.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery costs are added to the order price and are provided during the order placement process.

4.2. The online store makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, the order fulfillment time depends on the availability of products and the time needed to prepare the order for shipment.

4.3. The online store is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by carriers or circumstances beyond the store's control.

4.4. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer is obliged to check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier or at the pickup location. In case of finding any damages to the packaging or products, the Customer should prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier or an employee of the pickup location.

5.Complaints and Returns

5.1. The Customer has the right to lodge complaints regarding products purchased in the online store in the case of identifying physical or legally significant defects in the products.

5.2. Complaints should be reported to the email address provided by the online store within 14 days of receiving the product.

5.3. In case of a complaint, the Customer should deliver the complained product in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase.

5.4. The online store will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of its submission.

5.5. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable law. The return of the product should be made at the Customer's expense, and the product must not show any signs of use or damage. The online store will refund the purchase price to the Customer within 14 days of receiving the return.

5.6. Complaints regarding services provided by the online store, such as issues with website access, can be reported to the store's email address.

Personal Data Protection

6.1. The online store ensures the protection of Customers' personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

6.2. Customers' personal data are processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing purposes, if the Customer gives consent for it.

6.3. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete their personal data, and withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The online store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The changes to the terms and conditions come into force on the date of their publication on the store's website.

7.2. Any disputes arising from the sales agreement or use of the online store's services will be resolved by the competent court according to the applicable law.

7.3. In case of inconsistency between individual provisions of the terms and conditions and the applicable law, the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions shall remain valid.

7.4. The terms and conditions of the online store constitute an integral part of the sales agreement and are available to Customers on the store's website in a form that allows for downloading, saving, and printing.
